Understanding the Ordering & Shipping Process: Our Auto Parts Sales office is located in Pennsylvania, which is Eastern Standard Time (EST.). You can place your orders via the Internet, telephone, email, fax or by US Mail. Our sales phone lines are open Monday - Friday 10a.m. - 6p.m. EST.
When an order is processed over the internet, a sales person in PA must physically review it before releasing it for shipping (This can take anywhere from 10 minutes - 60 minutes). Next it is cleared for sending and the order is printed in the appropriate warehouse. Next, the parts have to be pulled off of the shelves in that warehouse, sorted, safety wrapped, boxed, addressed for shipping and loaded onto a truck for final delivery.
Sales Tax
Pennsylvania residents have a 6% sales tax - due to the fact that our sales office is located in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. PA residents can apply online or by calling us if you are a PA resident or business, give us your PA State Tax ID #, and you to can enjoy no sales tax.
Sales Out of the United States
Simply place your order via the telephone (800) 435-7376, or in outside the US (570) 748-9688 or via email. Orders must be paid via Money Order or a Certified Bank Check. When that clears, orders will be shipped. No credit cards from banks located outside of the United States will be accepted. Call for freight charges.
Returns JagGraveyard strives to provide the Jaguar enthusiast with accurate solutions at affordable prices. Should you need to return an item, we will do everything possible to correct the situation in an efficient manner. The following guidelines help ensure your refund, exchange, or credit as quickly as possible.
If you receive a wrong or damaged part from JagGraveyard, every opportunity must be given to JagGraveyard to correct the problem. We will do our best to solve any problems. However, we will not credit or refund any wrong, damaged or faulty parts, unless we first have the option to solve the problem.
Merchandise Returns Returns may be accepted for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of the time that you receive your order. A copy of the original invoice and a return authorization number MUST accompany all returns. To receive a return authorization number, please call, email or write JagGraveyard.
All returns must arrive to us in the same condition as they were shipped. (Returns not accompanied by a return authorization or after 30 days will either not be accepted or subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please inspect all orders within 24 hours of receipt.) Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Claims In Shipment Please check your shipment before you sign for it. If there is damage, do not refuse the shipment, but note such on the bill of lading or have the driver acknowledge it with his or her signature. Please notify JagGraveyard of any damaged items immediately (within 24 hours) so that we may send you a replacement and arrange for pick-up of the damaged item(s).
Core Returns Please return all cores within 30 days of purchase to ensure proper credit of your core deposit. Be sure that the rebuilt part that you have received is EXACTLY the same as the part that you are replacing. If it is not, please call your salesperson immediately, prior to installation. We may be unable to refund core deposits if the part sent back to us is not the same as the one we sold to you.
All core returns must include a copy of the original invoices. Cores returned for credit must be complete, assembled, empty of fluids and reasonably clean. NO COD's for core deposit refunds will be accepted. UPS pickup service is available upon request. The charge for the service will be deducted from your core refund.
Used and Special Order Parts Due to the immense amount of labor involved in removing used parts and preparing them for shipping, used parts are NON-REFUNDABLE. There is a 20% restock fee on all used parts returned. Used parts refunds are store credit only. The same 20% restock fee applies to all returned special order parts. All used and special order parts must have return authorization prior to acceptance.
JagGraveyard, Inc. disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular or intended purpose respecting the goods herein, the installation thereof, or any alteration or repair thereto. No salesperson is authorized to make any representations or warranties with respect to goods sold.
JagGraveyard can not be held responsible for repair costs, towing costs, labor fees or damages.
Guarantee
JagGraveyard.com guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please contact our sales team for more information.
